The Brainchild Institute was created by Dr. Leah Light to meet the needs of children with Auditory Processing Disorder and sensory processing disorders as well as social and learning challenges. In addition, this program was created in response to parents’ pleas for a comprehensive neuro-developmental program that would help address the root of their children’s issues rather than merely addressing their symptoms.

We are ABA providers who offer a year-round intensive day program as well as a summer camp for children on the spectrum. The day program is for children between the ages of 2-5 years old (pre-school) and the Summer Camp is for children between 2-12. Social skills groups are also available as well as at home therapy sessions and school shadowing. Lastly, we also provide intensive feeding therapy to children between 18 months up to 9 years old.

EBS has an intensive ABA day program for pre school aged children between the ages of 2-5. This day program is 1:1 ratio, to ensure the child’s maximum progress. The program is set up like a typical preschool with daily activities like Spanish class, Art, Yoga, Zumba, music class, intensive social skills, and water play. Because the day program is set up like a typical preschool, your children will be able to get the school routine to prepare them for when they do enter Elementary school; all the while having an individualized ABA program with their own targets based on their skill level. We also have an ABA focused Summer Camp for children between the ages of 2-12 (divided into age groups) to ensure our kiddos are able to practice social skills with peers their age. EBS also provides at home ABA therapy and we don’t have a wait list, as we set our schedules up to ensure families do not have to wait prolonged periods of time for the services they so desperately need. We have an in-house full time intensive feeding therapist that also provides feeding therapy at the home to ensure maximum success in the child’s natural environment. EBS– where love completes the puzzle!
